We are a locally owned and operating property management company! We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not completed the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.  

During continuous snowfalls for commercial properties, after the first clearing of 1-2 inches, we clear properties every 2 inches thereafter to accommodate foot traffic. 

We will be available 24hrs during any snowfall event!

Please have all cars clear in preparation of significant snowfall! Dale Property Management is not responsible for snow accumulation that occurs between and or under parked cars. 

We are fully insured for our employees and for the work that we do on site!
